Getting H4 visa without H1B at the same time
I have H1B and my wife has H4. Our status is up to date, but we haven't
been home to get our latest visas. In the past, we have both gone home
and got our visas at the same time. Can my wife go home by herself and
get her H4 visa, without me there?
