G325 Question
Hi,
I have two questions about the G325A, we got married here in the US while he was on a
student visa. On the k1 website I somewhere read that I only have to submit a G325A
for him and not for myself and somewhere else I read I do have submit one for me and
one for myself! which is the correct answer.
Than on that same form what do I mark at "This form is submitted in connection with
application for" on his and on my form?
Thanks
Kath

Re: G325 Question
Since you are presumably not going the K-1 route but are filing an I-130 with the
I-485 you should not follow the K-1 FAQ directly. You are probably better off looking
at this website for filing instructions:
http://www.geocities.com/immigration_helpsite/index.htm
Assuming you are filing an I-130/I-485 combo, you both file a G325; they should both
have the "status as a permanent resident" box checked.
