Default G-325A for both of us with I-485?

Still working on finalizing Rich's AOS forms and realize that I'm not sure if the I-485 just needs his G-325A or if they need mine as well. I'm guessing just his based on the language in the instructions but I'm tempted to send both to be safe.

Any advice?

Thanks,
Katherine

Hi Katherine,

Only the alien needs to complete the G-325A which accompanies the I-485.

Best Wishes,
Rene

Yes there are two distinct sections in the I-485 instructions, one part is for K-1 adjusters and the other is for others adjusting based on a spouse. If you read the whole instructions it does say it. This also applies to pics etc as mentioned by tortoise.
