Contact your senators and/or congressman and request their assistance:

US Senate

US House of Representatives

BTW, the "processing timeframes" are almost always off and too optimistic. It's best not to rely on them...

Best of luck, hope there's some movement on your case soon.

Are you a US citizen?
You filed a petition I-129 to Vermont Service Center in Feb/05 and that's it?

Something has gone very far wrong with that petition.
Thought about re-filing?

Hi:

The processing times on the web simply show the oldest case still "on the shelf" that has yet to START the adjudication process. Those timelines don't govern when the adjudication will be completed. They tell you that your petition is "being reviewed" -- so that is definately within the timelines.

As to WHY this is happening, who knows? We don't a thing about your case.
