Experts pls help............K1 or K3??
Hi!
If a US Citizen is engaged,to be married to an Indian Citizen, what
would be advisable? K1 or K3??
1) Is it true that there are some travel and other restrictions on K1
visa??
2) Are these restrictions lifted when the actual marriage takes place
in the US?
3) What are the average timeframes for K1 and K3 respectively??
Would really appreciate your help.
