EAD Approval in about a month
Thought I'd post this so that anyone else who has applied for their
EAD can get some 411.
I had applied for my i-140/485/EAD in Mid-Aug of 2004. Just got an
email from USCIS that they have approved my EAD application (also my
wife's) and they will mail me the cards when it is available.
I have applied for the green card thought my employement. I also got
the letter for the finger print appt - that is for Oct.
This is in San Jose, CA
