Default Does my daughter need to be fingerprinted?

My own AOS is in progress in Memphis, TN. My 14-year old daughter joined me later on her own K2. In fact, she came here for our wedding (I came over alone on a K1) and wanted to stay, but due to advice, she flew back to the UK, attended her embassy interview/medical and returned to us in the USA.

Now I am ready to file for her AOS, but I am not sure whether a 14-year-old needs to be fingerprinted? I can't find that information in the instructions anywhere, which I already find confusing enough.

Can anyone help, please?

Debbie
