Default Curious! Second chance?

Hi it's been a year since I was on here and a lot has happened.
I was a k1 immigrant got married but it only lasted 5 years. I became a usc and have lived in florida for 20+ years.
my question is somewhat hypothetical.
There is a lady in uk that I knew years ago, and I would happily marry. But does my usa status entitle her to standard k1 procedure? Is there another option?
Tbh it's not likely to happen, but I got thinking about technicalities and I don't recall this scenario on BE before!
Not to mention Trump potential restrictions!
Rich.

Are there any facts which cause you to question eligibility for K-1 status? You don’t say. As a general rule, questions cannot be answered without underlying facts.

If you’re a USC then you can petition a spouse/fiancée, your previous status shouldn’t be an issue.

I agree. As long as you fit the guidelines in terms of finance and good behavior, there shouldn't be a problem. Nowhere does it state in the requirements that you have to be a natural born USC.

Thank all. There are no underlying issues I know of, just thought it might be a non starter!

as far as I am aware the only difference for 2nd class (naturalized) USC is that your can’t run for president, only Senate and house, but as for all the visa stuff you are treated the same…
