Cheques for I130+AOS package
While filing a I130+AOS (family petition), should I
attach separate cheques for I130 and I485? Or should
it be a single cheque?
I am filing in San Jose, CA INS center.

Although it probably does not matter, if I were you, I would write separate
checks. That way, if there is something wrong with one of the applications
and it gets returned to you, both do not have to be returned automatically.
This is more important with the I-765 and I-131, if you file those with the
I-485. It would be more common for something to be wrong with one of these,
and you don't want that fee to be tied in with all the rest.
