Biometrics appointment letter. How long?
I just called 800 number and they can't process my AOS case because my biometrics were expired. The customer service rep said that I'll receive a new appointment letter soon.
How soon - he doesn't know because NYC office is very busy with appointments for biometrics at this time.
It was 4 months since I had my AOS interview.

i knew my fingerprints expired before i went for my interview so i
called them and told them i need appointment - they never sent me
anything. At interview of course they told me when i already knew. they
gave me appointment then. i was in january.
i went for 3 infopass app. since- find out everything cleared, and it's
ready to approved but they sent my files away to NSC- and now officer
who had interview has to request them back and approve it and all this
mess is just ..............i'm just so mad and pissed!!!
NYC office is a big mess!!!!!!!!!!!!
