Which Backlog Processing Center?
Hey there
I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I am currently in the process of Labor Certification through my employer (details below) and I suspect my immigration attorney is giving me incorrect information. I assumed my application was at the Dallas BPC, but according to my attorney when I asked if that was where my application was, she stated:-
"Actually, the State of California was split between Dallas and Philadelphia"
This contradicts what I had been led to believe from my independent investigations (including what I've read on the DOL website http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/ti...p#whichcenter).
So... which is true? Could cases that "should" have gone to the Dallas BPC have gone to Philly, or is my attorney mis-informed?
