I'm about to travel on Monday back home to England for the first time with my Advanced Parole that has just arrived. There are no clear instructions with it - I have 2 copies in my possession.
Am I correct in thinking that when I depart, I leave my I-94 with the airline.... and do I give them a COPY of my travel document ?
when I return 2 weeks later, I take my 2 copies to the officer at the port of entry and have both stamped ? one being retained by the officer and the other being kept by yours truly ?

applied for on 8 Oct with Charlotte, acknowledged with official reciept on 7 November... issued on 25 November and turned up here on 4 January having done it's own travelling expedition around NC
