Hi experts:

Recently i have applied for Advance Parole (for self(h1) & daughter
(h4)), but have a valid H1 & H4 stamp (until mid 2004) in my and my
daughter's passport respectively. If we travel outside US before
receiving the approval of AP, and return in H1 & H4, what will happen
to our present AP application ?.

Will we be allowed in without any issues. or is it Illegal to have
applied for AP and went outside US before approval ?.

Secondly, Can we use the AP for our next trips (within the validity
period) if I move from H1 to EAD or is the AP not useful anymore ?.
