Anyone heard of this??
HI everyone
I was wondering if anyone had heard of the USC not having to be present at the AOS interview??
I am about to submit all of my paperwork through a lawyer, as my husband is about to be deployed and the marriage is more than 2 years old, my lawyer said that she may be able to get his interview waived as he will be 'gone' for 18 months...can anyone shed any light on this and if his nterview can be waived will I still have to go ALONE!!?
