any k3 approvals
the last that I have seen is someone getting approved from june 4th,
and someone from june 6th, my case date is 6/11 . I am praying that we
will hear an approval soon. take care all waiters and please post your
dates/t-lines. As soon as I hear something I will let yall know. hang
in there Brenda.

I haven't seen anyone approved by checking case status online or by phone. I
think all of the so-called approvals have been by "word". The audit is supposed
to be over by Nov 1, so I'm hoping that starting Monday, we will see a flood of
approvals. Best wishes to all our cases.

I think Brendas case was 7/17 and she just got RFE... I am 7/19 and
spent 2 days preparing my paperwork so I hope I hear something soon.
Did u get RFE on I134 Brenda??? Thats not even needed till case goes
to consulate! Maybe MSC is just putting out RFE's to slow down the
complaints! Mike C

I finally got my k-3 approval
here is my timeline
4/22/02 MSC rec I-129F
8/29/02 RFE Sent out
9/25/02 RFE was rec. at MSC
11/04/02 I-129F was approved.
