Any K-3's with RFE's approved yet lately?

Default Any K-3's with RFE's approved yet lately?

I was wondering if anyone who recieved an RFE on their K-3 visa was
approved recently, I recieved one for my wife's pettition on 2/17/03
and as of today no news other than MSC reciving it on 3/03/03...

Still waiting also. My RFE was issued on 2/14/03 they acknowledge our
response on 2/28/03. No news so far. Asked for another copy of our
marriage certificate. I think the first one appeared a little blurry
to them.

1st NOA Nov 1, 2002
2nd NOA ??

Yes it is. Its depressing getting an RFE but its part of the long
process. It appears many RFE's get resolved within 30 days with some
taking 60 days. No approval for me yet?

Today when checking the online status on my wife's K-3 visa I finnaly
got the news we were waiting for....her K-3 was finnaly approved
yesterday 3/28/03...I am now one step closer to being with my wife!!!

1st NOA 11/8/02
RFE 2/17/03
2nd NOA 3/28/03

Congratulations Fonzzi!! You are getting closer. May the rest of the
process go smoother. Its nice to see other RFE'ers getting approved
since I am still waiting. Thanks for sharing this.

Hi Everyone with pending RFE's on their K3 visa application:

I just wanted to share the good news with you all that my wife's K3
visa petition has been approved finally!! They really waited until the
last day in the 30 day period, the phone message said they would
respond by. My RFE response was received on 02/28/03. We got approved
today!! Woo Hoo! Now on to the next stage.

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On March 31, 2003, an approval notice was
mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice,
you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,
please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business
hours.

Congratulations on your wife's approval Victor, I realy hope the nex
step goes by fast and without any more delays for both of us...

Way to go Victor!!! That's great news - give's the rest of the RFE folks some hope...good luck with your interview - I haven't checked this NG in a while looks like there is positive news everywhere!!!

Thanks Seana and Fonnzi. Guess what, I couldn't believe it but I
already received the approval notice. They sent it out on March 31,
2003 and I got it today 4/2/03. I was thinking it might take at least
a week. I guess I have gotten so used to waiting.

Now I hope NVC can move smoothly..Come on NVC! The approval notice
also says they have sent my original petition to NVC who will then
forward it to the Consulate. The approval notice is valid for 4
months.

Here is my timeline so far:
1st NOA I-130 October 9, 2002
1st NOA I-129F K3 Oct31/Nov1 2002
RFE issued 2/14/03 BCIS received response on 2/28/03
2nd NOA I-129F K3 March 31, 2003
