Any approvals from NSC after 9/02

Hi Everybody,

I just found this forum and think it's great! Hope I can help if someone has a question I know the answer to. :-)

I have a question in the mean time. Does anyone know of anyone who filed I-129 at the Nebraska office around september 2002 or later that has actually gotten APPROVED?

I hear that right now the late August approvals are starting to come in. Just wondering if anyone knows of later ones as well.

Our 1st NOA is September 4th 2002 and we got approved on Febraury 4th
2003....exctly after 5 months!

I just checked online and found out I was approved on February 18th. My receipt is dated Sept 16th.
I'm just a bit worried now, since my fiance is flying to the US on February 28th. I hope he doesn't have a problem passing through Customs since he's now been approved.
