the after k3 visa where to file for AOS & EAD in nj state
Hi everybocy,
my wife's k3 visa is done and she might be comming to usa next week , where i have to file for AOS and EAD as i live in NJ state and my local INS office is cherry hill. How long does it take to get the EAD and AOS approved ?
Please advice me in this matter
