Default Affadavit of Support - valid?

Hi

We have the AOS interview coming up.

Can anyone tell me how long Affadavit of Support forms are valid for?

Thanks for your help!

As far as I know, if nothing has changed since you filed the I-864 with your AOS forms, you can use the same one.

If anything has changed, you should supply an updated one.

Best Wishes,
Rene

My husband has changed jobs, but will still meet the financial criteria.

Would it be ok for us to take an employment letter from his new job, stating salary etc, and some pay stubs?

Or should we do a new affadavit of support anyway?

Take those things, and complete a new affidavit.

The Affidavit of Support doesn't cost anything to fill out, it's simple
and easy to fill out, and the interviewer can ask for whatever they
want -- in other words, fill out a new one, and if they ask for it you
have it, if they don't, then all it will cost you is a bit of time.
