Default 60 days passed-no answer from VCS-removing conditional

2 months ago I received a "blue" letter from VCS asking me to sumbit a prove of our marriage ( I am in the process of removing my conditional res.). The letter says that it will take 60 days to process. Would be OK if I contact them or not?

Did you send them what they requested?
If so: Has it been 60 days since they received it?
If so: You can always try to reach them. The Service Centers are notoriously hard to reach.

I sent all my docs and 60 days passed. I contacted the Service Center and I was told that my case is still pending. But I was mentioned that the Service Center could send a request to VCS. I am not sure if this is OK.

Thanks,
Samal

Hi Samal,

Which service center did you contact, and how? VCS (I think you might mean VSC) is the Vermont Service Center. If you didn't contact VSC, who did you talk to?
