As you get old what can't you do anymore?
When I was here for a number of years some decades ago I would eat their smooth peanut butter by the spoonful, or would trowel it on 1/2" thick on a well butter lubricated piece of bread. Now 30 odd years later and I'm back I find I can't eat peanut butter anymore. I do, but I pay dearly for it (I'll spare you the gory, bodily function, details)...
So what can't you do as a seasoned [insert decrepit cane dragging emoji here] adult do anymore?

Peanut butter has always been for me.
Drink more than half a bottle of wine or more than two whisky-7ups and stay alert

A couple of weekends ago I had to go help put up some plywood boards. I don't know what I did, I guess there were some points where I was stretching awkwardly and pulling my leg muscles, but afterwards my legs were completely knackered for the week after. Walking up and down stairs was incredibly painful. I'm only in my early 30s! The decline is already happening...

Bounce back to normal
from drinking,
from sleepless nights,
from busy days,
from flights
I have (until I took on temporary full time hours in August) been going to the gym, this has really helped with everyday life, I am missing going and am looking forward to going back. We had a really busy weekend and we are both suffering from it. OH was in bed by 8:30pm last night, after his pre bedtime nap!

I can't eat or drink anything containing dairy ............. no milk, cream, butter, cheese, yoghurt, etc
I can no longer have more than a couple of small sips of any kind of alcohol
Like Piff Poff, I don't bounce back from sleepless nights, flights or any kind of travel.

Define Old.
Just to be clear, I am not saying I can't Define Old anymore. I am asking OP what the definition of Old is.

At my age you forget what you were able to do when you were young.
So everything I do now is much better then I could have done when I was young and stupid.

is Old in the head, mind, body? Or a combination. There reaches a point where physical effort brings home the fact that things ain't as easy as they used to be BUT in one's head one still feels young or maybe middle-aged which I think is the best place to be.

My mum says it is in the jeans. There may be something in this, because I do not wear jeans anymore.

I bought a card for a relative, it makes me chuckle.. so true for many! Here is what it said:
But seriously...
When I was young(er) I could stay out dancing or socialising or working until 5am and get up and go to work at 8am! Those were the days...
I could eat anything - and did... and never put a lb on - now I have to watch everything I eat.. the lb's creep on if I'm not looking...
I could walk or cycle for miles and miles.. and did... walked the whole of the Isle of Weight coastline in a weekend in my late 30's - now I would have difficulty walking further than the end of the road..
When I was young I could drink without getting rat arsed - my record was 13 pints of guinness in one night, culminating in being able to run like the wind from the pub back to my digs in Bristol Now I'm limited to 1 glass of wine or a half of guinness a week
I could remember the words to every song or record I had ever heard - now I can't remember the log in password I just made up, lol
It's not all bad though
You know you are getting old when........
Everything hurts and what doesn't hurt... doesn't work...
You feel like the morning after .... and you didn't go anywhere the night before..
Your knees buckle.... and your belt won't
You can only burn the midnight oil until 9 o'clock...
The twinkle in your eyes is the sun hitting your bifocals...
Your back goes out more than you do...
