Poor sods; let them write their own bloody anthem. The composer of Ma Normandie, one Frédéric Bérat was born in Rouen.

That's not my naffing problem but thanks for the heads up. They have some sort of "cottage" near one of the million little lakes they've got out there. Why you'd want to spend the airfare and care hire to leave Vancouver to go somewhere like that is beyond me. Luckily for me, I have to work.

I think it's a faux pas in Canada to ever complain about warmth.
The thing to say is that you're going to browse around Canadian Tire for a few hours or have a nap in the basement.
It's as if it's not in the lexicon. There is a significant lack of coldness today.

Ha ha that's what we did the other day on the Danforth, then got home cracked a cold one and hit the basement.
Nice today tho, mid 20's, breezy, perfect conditions for humanoids

But I am not a born and raised Canadian though, but when you spend 25 years in a mild warm weather environment where you have 25C Christmas Days, never saw snow until your nearly 20, well cold is still a novelty..
