For me Aeroplan wins this hands down.
-I sent a simple e-mail wishing them to confirm if the miles I calculated for our trip were corrected and I got some automated response saying I had to phone up for an answer, sent a reply and just ignored.
Also you can't have a household account and the rates for buying or transferring miles is expensive and you might as well save your money.
And they also charge taxes on any flight rewards you claim, this is a minor moan but if you use Tesco's airmiles you don't pay any taxes at all!

You could look at it from the pint of view that these incentive schemes are a bonus , technically they don't HAVE to give you anything at all!
Having said that , bad service annoys me as well

Aeroplan is it's own public company making profits from the 'free' stuff they give us and every reward plan re: airlines is in direct competition with each-other. You only need check out a flyergeek forum to see how much of a difference miles-per-sector makes to some people when they (or their business) buy a plane ticket.
I'm peeved at them too for not offering miles on UK-Canada flights anymore. I'm just a cattle-class prole but as a result, I'm now a committed BA cattle class prole.
For me the worst is the service that I was forced to give people when I worked in a motorway service station on the M6 (Corley nr Cov for those who've suffered it). If I'm really getting something for free I'm not going to complain if the service is pap, but at £50 for a microwave reheated canteen-style meal for 4 I'd expect a lot more than what we used to give people there.

Anything related to Air Canada is going to be bad but surely not in the same league as Rogers or Bell's ****ing robot woman.

Do they still offer miles on South American routes? If they don't then I won't be happy as this was a consideration when we booked to 'suffer' going Air Canada. They don't make very clear how many miles they are offering this is why I contacted them.
I have BA miles but to get London-Paris you need to get a lot more miles than the equivalent on Aeroplan of for example Toronto-New York.

I'd like to nominate Crown Relo. Having down a great job on getting my stuff across the Atlantic, they shot themselves in the foot by quoting me a price over $3,000 higher than their nearest competitor.
Also NOR-CAL Moving Services, who seem to take a rather languid approach to doing a home survey, prior to giving me a moving estimate. They said they could get someone round in 10 days' time(!), and only after I twisted their arm did they deign to move my survey up to next Monday.

But they code share so it doesn't matter which one you book, you get whichever one's flying today. The only difference I notice is that the AC staff could be the parents of the United staff.

Hey , I just provide a translation of the words , I can do nothing about context

Thanks Zoe.
