Re: Whatchya watchin'?
Tonight I'll be watching myself, on TV, play with a 9" long handle-shaped vibrating device. It has a soft rubber bulbous sphere on the end of the shaft. The sphere glows.
Although the use of it causes more pain than the average physiotherapy session, it's way more enjoyable. |

Have you seen one yet? They really had a laugh designing it and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before...
Spoiler:
I mean yes. And it's very good, works in 3D space and is really incredibly accurate with little or no latency.

Re: Whatchya watchin'?
We played the tumble demo a bit last night, which was quite entertaining. I'd say it was similar to a 3D Tetris-Jenga played in an Operation style.
I'd definitely recommend "try before you buy", though. Although Sports Champions is ok, I don't think there are many other good titles that have been designed specifically for it yet, and it might be some time before there are any "killer apps".

I've seen pictures. Not sold on it myself yet - my wii sits on the shelf unused in two years, so I'll wait and see before investing in another motion control system.

Re: Whatchya watchin'?
it starts here at 7 (I don't have the glasses but i'm quite okay with that - I have a tin hat somewhere though) then the Helen Mirren "Queen" film is on after it. Looks like an evening with ma'am.

Re: Whatchya watchin'?
Where is that smiley for banging your head against the wall - this 3d Queen thing is garbage.
The commentator is talking to the audience as though they are 3, and every otgher scenen you have a "famous" Canadian TV personality telling you to put on / take off / put on / take off your glasses. Pants |
