Tidied the clothes  (read - moved them from the basement to the kitchen ready to donate to charity) now watching colour splash on HGTV, which will likely stay on til I go to bed at whatever ungodly hour that is!

Damn was that a new one? I was too tired and had to go to bed, only to be kept awake by indigestion for hours:rolleyes::(

Got rid of the TV subscription two months ago. Cant say I miss it at all. Its quite liberating to be honest.

So much more time for other things now... able to play piano with both hands now!

This conjures up an image of you playing the piano with your right hand, and changing channels with the TV remote with the other.

We watched "Ray Mears' Northern Wilderness" - proper Sunday night TV.

It was interesting, but I'm afraid Ray Mears is just a bit too earnest for my liking. If I was given a choice of which TV outdoors guys to be stranded with, I think I'd choose to starve to death with the hapless Les Stroud and his harmonica, rather than listen to Ray Mears preaching while he was busy whittling us up a canoe.

I did the ironing to several old episodes of the "The West Wing' courtesy of my DVD player. There was **** all on tv as usual.

I can never understand who these programs are aimed at. Why would anyone be in the positions he describes?

Not the season we are having! You know, I taped a lot before, but I seldom actually sat down and watched it without fast forwarding through large chunks:o Life is too short.

It's all up from here. Can't judge five games when three have been against ManU, Man City and L'Arsenal.
