Coming back into Canada we got pulled inside. I thought at first it was to pay duty but we didnt have to pay anything. They gave us a yellow slip that the booth guy wrote bbq on.
We had bought a small bbq on amazon with a gift card I got for my birthday. Value of 29 dollars. Tiny little camping size one.
Other then working at glacial speed and worried about Charlee who was locked in a cage outside where we could hear her yelping but couldnt see her, it wasnt all that bad.
The guy sitting next to us was creepy though, he seemed to have been sitting there quite a long time based on his comments.
Poor Charlee though, she was not a happy dog.

Nah. We were in and out in about 20 or so mins. Only living family member upset was the dog. She had no idea what was happening or why we put her in a cage outside and then left.
Not sure what the interest in a 30 dollar bbq was though. Based on the yellow sheet that seemed to be what got them curious.
But of course its all secreative and they wont tell you anything and they speak codes to one another. So will just remain one of those mysteries.
Not a big deal, just wonder what the interest in a bbq was. Lol
