That's brilliant. I thought all PNP required a job offer to proceed ( http://www.novascotiaimmigration.com/en-page1078.aspx ), NB certainly used to. NS PNP must be different.

We went CI route hence no specific job offer tied in, to obtain the PR

It seems to be a way for NS to bypass other traditional routes for immigrants. If you can use it, use it I guess. I wish it had been available to me back in 1994 when I started all this madness.
