Got to say i do too! Both acquired tastes, but i enjoy both, come to think of it, i havent had Marmite on toast for a while, i should indulge.
As for the Laphroaig, I need to head to LCBO, although i did promise myself a bottle of Oban first - my favourite!

Great ad! and very appropriate for such a single malt....it certainly is an acquired taste....I feel a mature taste is required to enjoy it.

I don't know how much that stuff costs but it's obviously going to be out of my range. Ralphy gave us the recipe, more or less so I could take my bottle of Grant's and add a teaspoon of potting soil, a drop of Benalyn, spritz of Oxy-clean from under the sink, dab of Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce, a few half charred wood chips from the smoker and maybe 1/4 cup of bottled water to get it to the desired 18 years.
