What are moderators and administrators?
Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other actions. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.
Administrators are the people who have overall control of everything that happens on the board. They oversee how the board is styled, what forums to create and how to organize them, what information to require from members and who to appoint as moderators.

Seems to be moderated after all, you just dont know who by, so it doesnt become personal there.

I just want to say Happy Friday .... anyone for a glass of wine or too?? I know it's early but in my youth we used to start Friday lunchtime and finish Sunday night ... just in time for parade first thing Monday morning .... boy did we all look rough lined up with our berets on back-to-front

We dont delete stuff because we dont agree. We dont even delete members because we dont agree. We just go by the published rules and do the best we can in our flawed human way.
Frankly Id rather your opinion was expressed in private rather than in contravention of rule 14, but I guess you werent about last week when we went over all this for what seems like the umpteenth time...

I've got a block of lovely feta and we can put some pita on the BBQ and some home done olives for snacks.
(will someone call my bosslet and explain all this to her please?)

I have never fallen out with anyone or said anything inflammatory hoping to cause a reaction, but no I wasn't around last week so I missed it.
