It's also said of politicians that the only thing worse than bad publicity is no publicity.

The man may well be adept at entertaining himself in private, but he may also believe that these two basic principles are true.

I am having an internal debate as to whether I will be voting Liberal or Conservative in Canada. I want to like the liberals, but politically correct garbage like this gets my back up.

What the hell next? Human becomes 'huperson'. Boy are the French and Germans ever in trouble now! They will have to change their entire language and stop using 'la' and 'le' or der / de / das etc. But then again, I always thought it was stupid thinking a chair was female!!

This is the trait of the modern day liberal, quite removed from your old classic liberal that you could actually have a decent civilised debate with.

The modern liberal is all PC'd up and ready to be offended at which ever way the wind is blowing today....they seem enjoy getting offended as shortly after the offended stage, they then turn very aggressive! next stage after that is sanctimony...and then if they are the extra aggressive variety, they may even stretch to a protest or two...

I must admit that I have never really seen the point of using genders. At least the French just keep it to two. The Germans seem to want male, female and dubious.
