I believe his contract ends, rather than being sacked after performing exactly what he was asked to do under very difficult circumstances.

UEFA should bring in a rule stating that only players named in the matchday squad can for up to collect a trophy.

According to someone in the guardian yesterday UEFA actually encourages wearing kit in such cases. Probably something to do with sponsorship or maybe not making the photos look a bit funny.

Terry is far from the only one though. Rooney and many ManU squad players did the same at the weekend.

It's not unusual.

Bit of a difference between a cup final and a celebration of a season long achievement but I guess we can agree to disagree.

I didn't see it but before the reply, there was I thinking he was banging one of the other players misses while the rest of the team were collecting medals.
