There's been speculation that the Pool are interested in Collo, but I'd be surprised if he agreed. Why? Players generally move from smaller clubs to bigger clubs when they're doing well.

After today's debacle, (see above post) I'd think your lot would be thinking about that too. My lot? About what?

Oh, and Toon only need 7 more points. Thanks for being shit.
I doubt they need as many as seven points. 35 or 36 were good enough in 2008/9 - that's what Hull and Sunderland got.

Ha, expecting a rise there I bet.

Talking shirts, I do have a signed Peter Beardsley Newcastle one.

The mighty Swans are only 17 points from the theoretical finish line, although I agree with the above that perhaps 35 maybe enough this year.

That'd be the end of his career as everything King Kenny buys is rubbish.

I bet too, but he ain't going to get one here. I don't kick losers when they're down.

And I think they'll get them.

I just think Kenny Dalglish lives in a time warp. Twenty years ago buying young England Under 21 players was a good policy to building a strong team.

English players just don't have the technical ability or the right mentality to be successful these days. Not all of them but most and this really shows itself when we get to major international tournaments.

He's become a pathetic joke and its a bit sad because he's really trashing his reputation and Liverpool's. He's become a laughing stock and he looks like a hobo.

Even more pathetic than AVB at Chelsea?

I'm sure he purchases the occasional case of Highland Park or Edradour.

Either that or tacit agreement.

Warnock axed from QPR - the EPL is merciless on average managers

Hopefully this doesn't give the team a boost. We play them at SJP next match.

The QPR sacking is a little harsh I feel, Warnock managed to get QPR into the premiership and should of been given the chance to keep them in it, but as a Man utd fan it would be good to see Mark Hughes back in football if he goes for the QPR job.

IIRC, QPR were considering replacing him in the close season immediately after he won promotion. He's been on borrowed time since then.

Looks like Mark Hughes is favourite for the job, with the players they bought in the summer and maybe future investment he should be able to keep them up this season and maybe build on that.
