It is where one posts that one is fed up with a forum and will post no more.
A good flounce will include a list of all the perceived wrongs done to the flouncer by other forum posters, ingrained with plenty of bitter sarcasm. A very good flouncer will suggest that they are not alone, have received plenty of support "off the board", and are publicly taking the fall for the silent majority.
The old fashioned way, of when you decide that you no longer want to post on a forum you just stop posting, doesn't seem to cut the mustard these days.
