Got a diploma via distance from one of the best unis in the country (nearly died of exhuastion in the process but anyway), been and had a go at snow boarding, broom ball, drummed in a drumming circle, went on a retreat, had content kids, been up in a helicopter to hunt for bears to show little miss miggins, met people from totally wacky backgrounds and been encouraged to make peace with my own self and held the olympic torch.

Oh, and made a fabulous friend in Mrs B, SURE I'll think of lots more in a wee while

It's been a wild ride!

Allowed my missus to give me a number 1 haircut. Particularly in January.

I'm quite pleased that, in my now >60 minutes ski training, I have only fallen over once. This is a good thing because it's bloody hard to get up again.

Nothing broken, one wrist rather limp. i2c has a colourful knee to show for the excursion. There's rather more falling involved in starting snowboarding than in ski du fond but, at least, you don't have to deal with tangled planks attached to your feet.
