stop obsessing over 'photo ID'. I have a driving licence for driving and a health card for getting health care. Nothing else.

Make it official that all people in the restuarant must remove their caps when being seated.
Make it a law that children should be taught to cross the road (look left etc...)
Enforce the use of knife and fork while eating a dinner. What is it with this cutting up of everything then simply forking it in?
And change the recipe of Heinz Baked Beans to match the UK recipe
OK these are all trivial, well perhaps not the cap removal law... We rate restuarants by caps. On arrival we count the number of caps still on heads and give the place a "cap rating". Generall the higher the cap rating the plainer the food.
(no we are not cap snobs, I wear one (occassionally))
Some Canadian friends of ours rate restuarants by number of pickup trucks in the carpark
