Actually I reckon I've got Parvovirus B19 better known as Slapped Cheek Syndrome but without the rash

No, its also called Fifth's Disease as its the fifth most common disease that casues as rash that children get. Sort of a measles type thing, once you get it you are immune. I'm only guessing I've got it by the ault symptoms and the fact that friends of ours 2 yr old son has confirmed case and my daughter has the symptoms except the rash......which is quite common
