it seems a lot of people throw about the f bomb without a second thought nowadays me included - although the c word is still frowned upon.

Although use of the word f*** is beautifully described in this (probably as seen by all) Monty Python sketch.

Don't click on it if swearing offends you

Me - I don't need to swear at people for them to get the idea - normally a look is good enough - unless it's like the op and to some back country retard on the phone - then normally it's "you f*****g idiot"

f#$knob is a favourite of mine. In extremis such as having hit ones thumb with a hammer, "c$%ting bollocks" might also be heard.

I find Canadians to have very limited imagination and subsequent vocabulary when it comes to profanity. I'd have to admit though that most of my compound cursing phrases usually start of with c****y.

I've also been known to refer to someone I don't like as a 'tw@tface'.

My Quebecker friend rarely utters a sentence that doesn't contain at least one "fudge!". I think he thinks it's proper swearing in English. When going back to French, he always falls back to good old "tabernac!"

I never swear myself.

Excuse me, but from my limited experience in your country is does not seem the most prodcutive method of completing the task. Do you think it would be more benefical for productivity if you tried doing it the way it is written down in the process manual? It's obviously your choice but please have a think about it.
Haha this gave me a big laugh.

I agree the word isn't liked by a lot of people here or in the UK but I'm intrigued as to why. There are other words meaning the same which are used (though still classed as swearing) and not frowned upon.

I even overheard someone who wanted to use the word instead say "C U Next Tuesday". Really???

I must admit, I do hate the "C" word it's just such a degrading, explicit and vile word - not a word i've ever or would ever use.

The commonality is I tend to always be directing them at other people. It seems I can get away with it in the office. With my room mate. When I drive and various other places.
