You can do it!

Just remember when your mind goes blank close your eyes and take some deep breaths in and out... just focus on your breathing for a few minutes.

Thanks.

I have been studying and reading the material the test is just not written in a way that works for me. Lol

If they showed me a photo of say a runway hold lines and options to choose from I can identify them easily.

But they use words only and I have major trouble visualizing it and the trick questions are well tricky.

We shall see how I do in a few hours.

Re: Some updates.

Passed the map. The map was changed as well, so the one I was studying wasn't the same as the one being used for the test, but I managed to pass it.

Did worse this time around on the written, got 73% last time, only got 60% this time, 88% is passing.

Well done on passing the map especially since they used a different map.

Well done on passing the map.

What's the process for the written part? How many attempts to you get? Are there practice questions etc? Do you have to do the map part again when you redo the written part, or just the written part and the map is done now?

At least now you can focus on just the written part (assuming you don't have to write the map again).

Last chance for the test next week. Been studying away, so hopefully I can pass. I figure 50/50 chance at passing.

If any of us can be of help, do shout!

Keeping everything crossed for you :fingerscrossed: and wishing you luck - but I don't think you need it, just do your best - that's all anyone can do!

I have been reading all month so hopefully Ill pass.

Its a lot of pressure which leads to stress. We are up the creek if I dont pass and I end up jobless.

I'm studying at the moment. The study guide I am using says that students should study every day without exception to help retain stuff. I have also in the past found Gilko Biloba a really good help for my memory.

Good luck with it all. You're a fighter, you can do it! í ½í±

Deep breaths and try to relax. I'm sure you have retained a lot more than you think. :fingerscrossed:

It's this coming Thursday. Still studying for it.

I've taken that in the past, didn't seem to do much though for me. I didn't see any noticeable difference in my learning. When I was a kid 6 to 9 or so, I was on something for ADD but didn't seem to help me learn so the doctors took me off the medication.

If the test was straight forward questions and answers, I would not have an issue, but the trick questions throw me off.
