I made no claims as to what could be seen in the photo. As I'm behind a company firewall I hadn't even looked at the photo.

There isn't much to debate with him. He's a known quantity going in, and any of us who have spent any time on this forum know his meaning with such expressions as "world citizen".

There are is (practically nobody) on here who doesn't have respect for this poor dead man and his family, This is "British" Expats, and Britons and quite a few other nations keep their sense of humour because it stops us leaping like lemmings off an International Beachy Head.

There are men and women on here who have served their nations and in various other horrific theatres of war, with valour.....and they don't need to come over with a big pompous stick.
