I am sure they are not deliberately ignoring you! You might find that the email they sent you has been filtered into your spam folder. Just a possibilty....Cheers,

Thanks but no, I have checked the spam folder and nothing there, perhaps the firewall is blocking it, I will have to get OH to look into it for me.
