Most airlines pressurize their planes at 8000 feet the legal requirement is to pressurize at 12500 or greater. all aircraft have both positive and negative pressure relief valves to control the cabin pressure. so just fly at low altitude and open the windows.

I live at 10,000ft, feel comfortable at 11,500ft but 12,500ft I notice, probably OK if you are just siting and doing nothing but would have thought some of those from sea level might have issues.
