I voted lose. If I have to be quarantined with my husband and can't get food in I'd have to kill and eat him. He's reminded me that fatty foods don't sit well for me, so I would only be able to eat small amounts so as not to get an upset stomach.

I find baking relaxes me as does eating the results. Just got back from Aussie this evening and am on 14 days of self-isolation. I'm going to go stir crazy being confined. It will also increase my sense of loneliness, so I'll be putting on lots of weight.

If I am miserable, I comfort eat. If I am upset, my stomach feels like it’s in my throat and I lose my appetite. I’ve lost 3lbs this week. I have a good stock of Cadbury’s chocolate to combat this.

Probably lose some as most restaurant will be closed. Eating at home with family all around will make sure I eat healthy and in smaller portions. My indoor and outdoor footie is going to be delayed so I'll probably go on lots of walks/bike rides. There is an 1100 ha forested area of trails etc a 2 minute walk from my house.

I am about the same too...114 lbs but it takes effort...but I have now lost 3 lbs in less than a week. At times I have been 140. Unfortunately, as a family, we have had a couple of emergencies in the last week and when I am upset I feel sick and can’t eat.

Gain big time.... and I have managed to keep all the weight off I lost too so far.....
If I am at home I will eat.... boredom and I love food too much. lol I am hoping for an early spring that way I can at least start doing all the stuff I need/want to do outside.

Gain but I’m not sure
They have just closed my gym so I’ll start losing the muscle that I have been gaining from my weight training - plus I do better through group fitness classes than the gym itself
there is a gym in my building (it’s not great) but I’ll use that plus I have some TRX Bands in the apartment.
Other side of the coin is my appetite has gone down and I still need to go to work (Mental health worker in a group home facility).
