So full... my b/f was disgusted... i mixed everything on my pancakes.. the usual for us- sugar, lemon... then had the rest of my dinner mixed in- pasta- spinach and some grated cheese.. was actually tasty. In anticipation for lent i think im going to go and have some nutella on one now!..

i grew up 'giving up something i really liked' for lent...
Think I might replace the honey with maple syrup though.
