Yeah. It's noise pollution and causing a disturbance and disturbing the peace. The fact that it was for sex is the only reason the papers picked up on it, but could as easily have been listening to the stereo, playing the guitar or doing a lot of DIY in the middle of the night in the quiet hours that most of the UK has have between 11pm and 7am.
.... or, to use the vernacular, "hoo noo!!!"
