Its not exactly hard to google topless pictures of Kate in the last week
(But they better not appear here, rules and all that)
It was clearly an invasion of privacy but surely an occupational hazard for the royals.
I dont see what the fuss is about, they are nothing special.
And if Novo and Ultrarunner cant bite their lips and put each other on ignore I will solve the problem for them.

The boobs are a red herring.

The Paps shouldn't be able to take photos of and publish anyone's tits, royal or not, without their knowledge and consent.

That's not the point...
That's the point.
What's next? Ensuring that when you go on holiday, you get undressed inside a bathroom with no windows, while already standing in the bath behind the black-out shower curtain?
Who doesn't go for a wee and leave the door open? Who doesn't dash across the landing in the nude 'cos they forgot the towel?
Someone should stalk the editor of the magazine and take some "normal" and "embarrassing" photos of her and publish them - I mean, she's kinda famous now, right? Fair game.

My point was I couldnt personally give a damn if she turned out to have three.
I just dont care about celebrities Im afraid and I dont understand those that would pay a quid or whatever to buy a magazine that they otherwise wouldnt just for the sake of these "sensational" pictures.
Much as I agree about consent too, it wont be the last time something like this happens. Just too much publicity has been generated for the magazine, the photographer, and lets face it, the House of Windsor brand for it not to be repeated.

You call those tits? You need your eyes checked. I have seen bigger pairs on Zoe Ball (ex radio 1 presenter and Big breakfast on the telly) just in case some were wondering who she is

And so they should, cheeky Frenchy pic taker. They want to chase Kate toward the same ending as Diana. Hence the lawsuit and action

The French magazine Closer, which published topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, must hand over the original pictures and pay a 10,000-euro ($13,000) fine each time the images are published again, a French court ruled.

Yeah, no-one should have to see pictures of themselves like this in a magazine and it is an invasion of privacy but ... come on Kate ... it was France, not outer Mongolia, and it was outside not in the bathroom, and especially given what happened to William's mother ... this was just a pretty dumb move by brand Cambridge. I sort of struggle to see why they should scale to the top of mount morality, to be honest.
The problem what's-er-name has is being too acclimatized to local custom and being part of a prudish British nation.
The French photographer was just continuing the millennium long process of annoying to the Brits. But the Brits are even more annoying to the French.
