Unblockus has been a lifesaver for me. I really missed being able to sit down and watch a decent thriller with out adds (already exhausted most of the decent ones on Netflix!). I think The Fall has been excellent, Gillian Anderson deserves a BAFTA and it was great being able to watch MoTD at tea time! As for The Apprentice and You've been fired, love it, so I would definitely recommend Unblockus.
