Nope, 3 hearing aid batteries last a few days and cost just under $5.

I suppose the answer is to carry a few regular batteries with you if the proprietary battery pack dies before your day is done. At least that way they will last a while, and you will have a plan B?

I do have a plan B and carry a spare. I'm not chuffin stupid. I was asking about the effect of cold on the battery and not asking for advice on how to wear a cochlear implant.
