Perhaps employing someone with an improving BMI would be more appropriate. ;)

That's a good way of putting it.

The reality is that Weight Watchers would not want a very overweight person on their reception as it would give the impression that the product does not work. ;)

Or a member of staff in a dental office with horrendous teeth...
Or staff in the Apple back office only able to use Microsoft.

It's the presentation and marketing of a product.

Sometimes wrong and illegal, but even if they didn't put the words in a job ad, they would still hire to those requirements. :sneaky:
