Re: Ready Brek - does it exist
May be a stupid suggestion but what about trying to make a ready brek type thing? Is it not just crushed rolled oats and oat flour?
My youngest loves Ready Brek so not sure what we would do.. he will take porridge so would have to live on that  |

We don't have a Greggs here either! Nearest is probably Aberdeen, I'm north of Inverness.
I think the lack of a Marks and Spencer and Next would get me most  I still miss Next and M&S especially the foodhall - also Warehouse, Jigsaw, Karen Millen, and Principles etc |

What was your reason for emigrating? How do you find Canada compared to Scotland?
I think if we move over I'll have to budget a few hundred £ to shop before we leave! Would definately miss M&S food  We have Zara, H&M and the like here - just stock up when you visit home! M&S deliver worldwide now and then there's the USA NYC for me but in Alberta LA perhaps for a bit of shopping? Like Canada - alot, kids born here etc but ALL my family is in Scotland/England and I very much miss them - we do visit but it's not the same......still I think probably (family aside) better in Canada for raising my kids - only my opinion of course, many here would differ and that's fair enough...................... What makes you choose to leave UK? and why Alberta? |
