Unfortunately for this health worker she was sharing a washroom and/or kitchen with the landlord and thus residential tenancy act doesn't apply nor does the stay on evictions.

It's why having roommates isn't worth it, the risk is too great in BC and you can find yourself homeless without much warning.

Is it just me but I don't think Ricky Gervais is very good? I don't think he should be a celebrity as I don't think he has any talent plus he's just a rather grossly overweight fat sweaty person.

My wife uses Vancity and I use Tangerine.

Upside to Vancity is money added to Canada Post prepaid Visa takes 1-2 hours generally to post if done during the day, or the next morning if done after the business day (6pm)

Downside to Vancity is email money transfers take 1-2 hours.

Upside to Tangerine is email money transfers are near instant.

Downside is it takes 2-3 business days for Canada Post prepaid Visa to receive the funds.

A: We use stock photos and stock footage and stock music. Write inspiring text on screen in shitty generic font.

Well put. He was funny in the Office and parts of Extras but after that he was coasting on past laurels..sort of like the Rolling Stones post 1973.

That's interesting, I thought Afterlife was terribly overrated. I loved The Office and Extras, the other stuff including the Karl Pilkington stuff not so much.

For me the best thing about Afterlife was the way it perfectly captured the astonishing British summer of 2018.

Fan finally broke yesterday. Lasted 3 years which is better than most have, I find most only last around 2 years. I run it nearly 24/7 (18-20 hours a day) as I am always warm and like the air circulation but it does wear them out quicker.
